1. Account Creation

For Job Seekers

To create a job seeker account:

1. Visit the website: Go to www.jobsmiller.co.ke
2. Click on “Sign Up” at the top right corner.
3. Select “Job Seeker” during the registration process.
4. Fill in your details: Provide your full name, email address, phone number, and create a secure password.
5. Verify your email: You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link to verify your account.
6. Complete your profile: Add your education background, work experience, skills, and upload your CV or use our CV Builder.

Tip: Use a professional email and strong password for security.

For Employers

To create an employer account:

1. Click on “Sign Up” on the homepage.
2. Select “Employer” during registration.
3. Enter company information: Name, industry, company size, official email, and create a password.
4. Verify your email to activate the account.
5. Set up your company profile: Add a company logo, description, and contact details.

2. Job Posting (For Employers Only)

Posting a job is quick and efficient:

1. Login to your employer dashboard.
2. Click on “Post a Job” in the top menu.
3. Fill in job details:
   • Job title
   • Job description
   • Requirements/qualifications
   • Salary range (optional)
   • Application deadline
   • Location
   • Employment type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract)
4. Choose a posting plan: Free or premium (premium posts get more visibility).
5. Preview and publish the job.

Note: Employers can also manage applicants directly from their dashboard and contact candidates through the messaging system.

3. CV Creation & Editing (For Job Seekers)

Jobs Miller Kenya offers professional CV creation services and a free CV builder tool.

Using the CV Builder

1. Login to your account and go to “My CV”.
2. Click on “Create CV”.
3. Fill in each section:
   • Personal Information
   • Education Background
   • Work Experience
   • Skills & Certifications
   • Referees
4. Choose a CV template and generate a downloadable PDF version.

Professional CV Writing Services

• Visit the CV Services page.
• Choose a package:
  • Basic – Ksh 500
  • Standard – Ksh 1000
  • Premium – Ksh 1500
• Fill in your details and upload any old CVs.
• Make payment via M-Pesa.
• Receive your professionally written CV within 24–48 hours.

4. General Navigation

Job Seekers Dashboard
