Africa Nazarene University
Africa Nazarene University (ANU), founded in 1994 by the Church of the Nazarene, is Kenya’s first Nazarene institution outside North America . Located on a serene 124-acre campus near Ongata Rongai, adjacent to Nairobi National Park, it combines peaceful surroundings with more than 50 modern lecture halls, library, sports facilities, and student residences (anu.ac.ke). Accredited by the Kenyan government in 2002, ANU offers over 30 programs across five schools, including Business, Science & Technology, Law, Education, Humanities, and Religion . With some 4,000 students, it emphasizes holistic, faith-based education that nurtures leadership, character, competence, and community.
