Job Description

Senior Officer- Debt Recovery Job Rafiki Microfinance Bank

We are seeking a qualified Senior Officer, Debt Recovery, to support effective debt recovery and manage litigation risk while safeguarding the Bank’s interests.

Responsibilities

  • Manage debt collection & non-performing loan recovery across the Coastal region.
  • Conduct customer visits for negotiations, settlements & relationship management.
  • Maximize recoveries while maintaining profitability & compliance.
  • Collaborate with branches, the Head Office team, and external legal partners.
  • Handle collateral assessments, property auctions, and disposal strategies.
  • Represent the Bank in litigation, ADR & public auctions.
  • Maintain accurate records & recommend provisions in accordance with CBK regulations.
