Clerical Officer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.     Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of C – (Minus) or its approved equivalent; and
2.         Proficiency in computer applications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.     Compiling statistical records;
2.         Sorting, filing and dispatching letters;

iii.        Maintaining an efficient filing system;

1.         Processing appointments, promotions, discipline, transfers and any other related duties in human resource management;
2.         Computation of financial or statistical records based on routine or special source of information;
3.         Preparing payment vouchers; and

vii.        Compiling data and drafting simple letters.
