Staff Caterer or Catering Attendant

Job Summary

• The Staff Caterer is responsible for preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages for hospital staff and patients while maintaining high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer service.
• The role also supports catering operations through inventory management, cleanliness, and coordination with housekeeping and kitchen teams to ensure efficient delivery service.

Qualifications & Specification

• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with doctors, staff, and patients.
• Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Catering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in catering, housekeeping, or hospitality services, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and infection prevention standards.
• Basic understanding of food safety and catering procedures.
• Good communication and
