Job Description
Strategy & Corporate Planning Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, review, and reporting of the Strategic Plan.
- Facilitate the formulation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the Performance Contract.
- Oversee the preparation, monitoring, evaluation, review, and reporting of activities in the Corporate Business Plan.
- Lead the preparation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of the Annual Work Plan and Budget.
- Establish and maintain linkages with consultants and other stakeholders on economic matters.
- Provide mentorship and capacity-building initiatives for staff in the division.
Requirements for the job
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- A Minimum of ten (10) year’s relevant work experience, at least five (5) Years’ experience in Senior Management position.
- Registered with a Relevant Professional Body and in good standing.
- Undertaken a management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.

- Current Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC); and
- Current Report from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
