Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM)

The Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) is a statutory professional body established under the Supplies Practitioners Management Act, 2007. It serves as the national body responsible for promoting professionalism and ethical practices in procurement and supply chain management in Kenya. KISM is mandated to register, license, train, discipline, and regulate supplies practitioners. It also develops professional standards, supports continuous professional development, and provides guidance on supply chain management practices. The Institute works with professionals and stakeholders across both public and private sectors to strengthen procurement, logistics, and supply chain systems. KISM is headquartered at KISM Towers along Ngong Road, Nairobi.
