Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) is a state-owned corporation established in 1973 under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It commenced commercial operations in 1978, with 100% government ownership. KPC’s primary mission is to provide efficient, reliable, safe, and cost-effective transportation and storage of petroleum products from Mombasa to various inland destinations across Kenya.

The company operates an extensive pipeline network spanning over 1,300 kilometers, connecting major towns such as Nairobi, Nakuru, Eldoret, and Kisumu. KPC also manages storage facilities and depots in these regions to ensure a steady supply of petroleum products.
