I can’t remember my user id and/or password, can you reset it?

Steps to Reset Your Password or Retrieve Your User ID:
Go to the login page of the website or platform where you created the account (e.g., the job portal or company’s site).

Click “Forgot Password” or “Forgot User ID” — usually found near the login button.

Enter your registered email address when prompted.

Follow the instructions in the email they send you to reset your password or recover your user ID.
