Assistant Director Teacher Management (Field)

The Assistant Director – Teacher Management (Field) coordinates teacher management functions at regional and field levels to ensure effective administration of teaching staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating teacher deployment and management within assigned regions
- Monitoring teacher performance and professional conduct
- Supporting implementation of teacher management policies and guidelines
- Supervising teacher discipline and compliance processes
- Coordinating teacher transfers and postings within the region
- Supporting teacher professional development initiatives
- Preparing regional teacher management reports
- Liaising with education stakeholders on teacher management issues
