DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up and operate machinery according to specifications.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality and efficiency.
Perform all carpentry and wood works in the factory as per customer’s specification
Create quality wood works;
Creative with innovative ideas in the wood works department
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.
Report any major issues to maintenance personnel.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Certificate in CNC Machinery
Training in Carpentry woodworks or equivalent.
Previous experience, minimum 1 year as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
