About the Role:Â
- This trainee role provides experience in supporting offline marketing, events, broader communications efforts, and sales/customer service functions. You will assist with planning and executing local campaigns and events, contribute to developing and refining communication content, support press relations, and help with customer interactions and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and executing offline marketing campaigns, including outdoor advertising and print media, and implementing guerrilla marketing tactics to create local buzz.
- Support the organization of pop-up events, roadshows, and in-person activations to engage with new customers.
- Help represent Keep IT Cool at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events, assisting with booth setup and promotional materials.
- Assist in developing and refining high-quality content for internal and external audiences, including press releases, newsletters, and organisational announcements, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment.
- Contribute to upholding the organization’s tone and voice across all communication channels, collaborating with Public Relations and leadership teams.
- Support press relations activities, including developing and sending press releases and tracking media coverage.
- Assist with customer service and stakeholder relations through transparent, timely, and respectful communications, proactively addressing inquiries.
- Help drive sales and business development for Keep IT Cool’s products, focusing on B2C sales, and support the development and maintenance of a sales roster.
- Assist in responding promptly to customer inquiries, managing order processing, and providing after-sales services.
- Contribute to market research and customer insight by leveraging analytics to assess market trends and customer behavior to inform offline marketing and sales strategies.
- Analyse communication effectiveness using feedback mechanisms and engagement metrics, recommending refinements to enhance clarity and reach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (Marketing option), or a related field.
- Must have graduated between 20232025 with a minimum of a second class upper.
- Creativity and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms.
