Hospital Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate all activities at the hospital branch to deliver quality health care and business objectives.
- Plan, execute and review the Hospital operations plan and ensure alignment to the strategic and business goals.
- Drive achievement of the Hospital revenue and costs targets
- Provide leadership and ensure employee alignment, development, engagement and performance management to deliver departmental objectives and goals.
- Regularly review patient journey within the hospital to ensure seamless transitions across different service points.
- Drive implementation of established company standards, polices, systems, procedures and controls ensuring they are uniformly understood, implemented and adhered to for efficiency and accountability in the delivery of highest quality medical care services.
- Lead in marketing activities and create awareness of the services in the unit.
Qualifications: Hospital Manager
Successful candidates for this position should have:
- Bachelors Degree in a health-related field or a business-related field such as Finance, Operations
- Masters degree in either Healthcare Management/ Public Health or Business Administration
- Training in leadership and quality management
- At least 8 years cumulative work experience with at least 5 years experience in a managerial role with a health-related business.
- Demonstrated high level of business acumen and a -can-do attitude
- Ability to deliver results through teams
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Excellent analytical skills
