Qualification
Education, Skills & Experience
Must Have:
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing professional training programmes or institutions, preferably in professional development sectors.
Key responsibilities also include
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Manager Professional Development
- Provide strategic and operational support to the Executive Director in management and growth of professional training.
- Ensure all programs comply with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate professional development initiatives and customized short courses for industry professionals.
- Provide leadership in the planning, implementation, and quality assurance of programmes under the Centre for Professional Studies.
