About the Role: 

This trainee role focuses on developing skills in digital marketing, content creation, and online communication. You will support the creation of engaging digital content, manage social media interactions, assist with digital campaigns, and contribute to maintaining the brand’s online presence and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting compelling content for digital platforms, including social media posts, email campaigns, and digital newsletters, collaborating with the Graphic Designer and the Impact Team.
  • Support the creation of multimedia assets such as social media visuals and digital advertisements, working with cross-functional creative teams.
  • Help manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), develop strategies to increase engagement, and interact with the online community.
  • Assist with basic SEO optimization efforts to enhance online visibility and organic traffic generation.
  • Contribute to maintaining brand consistency in digital communications by adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor digital campaign metrics, including basic conversion rates and reach, and assist with performance analysis and reporting.
  • Support the development of narrative and visual communication projects for digital audiences, such such as multimedia storytelling.
  • Assist with customer and stakeholder engagement through transparent and timely digital communications, proactively addressing inquiries.
  • Contribute to market research and customer insight by leveraging analytics to assess market trends and customer behavior in the digital space.
