Orthopedic Trauma Technologist III (MCPSB/06/2025/314) JG – H

Machakos, Kenya

Job Group ‘H’

Terms of Service: Permanent & Pensionable

Allowances as per SRC guidelines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Orthopedic Trauma Technologist III

  1. Manipulating and reducing fractures and dislocations.
  2. Fixing and removing casts, bandages and traction to and from patient/clients.

iii.        Correcting Congenital Talipes Equino-Varus (C.T.E.V).

  1. Counseling patient on issues regarding orthopedic trauma.
  2. Cleaning and treating simple wounds resulting from orthopedic trauma.
  3. Documenting orthopedic and trauma case.

vii.       Assessing and referring patient with musculoskeletal condition.

Requirement for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: –

  1. Diploma in Orthopaedic plaster technologist.
  2. Certificate in computer skills.
