Branch Manager, Powermax Distributors Limited

Role and Responsibilities

1.    Opening and closing, Managing, planning and coordinating all the activities of the branch

2.    Coaching and Supervising of all staff in the branch and ensuring staff have the resources to complete their work

3.    Prepare status reports on overall performance (for both shop and employees) and raise issues and opportunities to the Management

4.    Updating the Management on the achievement of business set targets, any foreseeable business threats as well as opportunities perceived.

5.    Confirming of customers receipts/orders and issuing of credit notes and credit management.

6.    Ensuring customer goods are dispatched accordingly

7.    Maintaining inventory by ensuring required stock is available, accessible and in the right condition and quantity.

8.    Making customer follow-ups and ensuring satisfaction in our services as well as giving customer feedback to management.

9.    Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons to understand service requirement

10. Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Key Requirements (qualifications and skills)

Experience as Branch/Unit Manager for at least 5 years

A bachelor’s degree in Business Management and related courses

People-management skills

Excellent customer-relation skills

Professionalism, experience in electrical products is an added advantage
