Principal Officer Staffing

The Principal Officer – Staffing supports staffing operations within the Commission to ensure effective allocation and deployment of teaching personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting teacher recruitment and deployment processes
  • Managing staffing records and documentation
  • Monitoring teacher establishment and staffing levels across institutions
  • Coordinating teacher postings and transfers
  • Supporting workforce planning within the teaching service
  • Preparing staffing reports and data analysis
  • Supporting staffing policy implementation
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders on staffing matters
