Procurement & Administration Coordinator – B0 Level
Posts: 1

Reports to: Finance & Admin Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, KISM, CSCP) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
- Experience working within NGOs or international development organizations.
- Strong knowledge of procurement compliance frameworks (e.g., USAID).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
