Job Description – Retail Manager (Kipchimatt Supermarket)
Kipchimatt Supermarket is seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and drive sales performance. The Retail Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, implementing merchandising strategies, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and profitably. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to create a pleasant shopping environment and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Develop and implement sales, merchandising, and promotional strategies.

Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Qualifications & Skills:
