Location: Nairobi
Job Requirement
i) A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration option) or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
ii) Proficiency in computer applications and revenue management systems.
iii) Integrity and commitment to produce results, with ability to work with minimum supervision.
iv) Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
Job Description
The Revenue Officer II will be responsible for the following functions: –
i) Collecting revenue and issuing receipts through the approved revenue system.
ii) Registering revenue payers and capturing their data in the revenue system.
iii) Serving invoices and demand notices on revenue payers.
iv) Carrying out field inspections at revenue collection points.
v) Preparing daily revenue collection returns.
vi) Any other duties as may be allocated by the supervisor.
