ies and Responsibilities:

Protect University properties against loss and damage.
Enforce security rules and regulations in the University.
Reporting security incidences and emergencies to the security supervisor.
Respond to safety, emergency and enforcement alerts.
Vetting of staff/students and visitors while accessing University premises.
Control crowds during University functions.
Prevent crime and maintain law and order in the University.
Collect security intelligence and report appropriately.
Ensure high level of customer services to all clients.
Perform any other lawful related duties assigned by the Director Security Services

Qualification and Experience:Security Guard

KCSE with a mean grade of D+ (Plus) or its equivalent.
At least three (3) years of work experience in a security field.
Valid certificate of good conduct from National Police Service.
Computer literate.
Physically a mentally fit.
Be an individual of high integrity.
Paramilitary training will any of the disciplined forces or private security firm.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

The terms of service include Basic salary, house allowance, commuting allowance and medical insurance/cover
