Security Officer II
JOB REQUIREMENTS
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: –
- Bachelor degree in Social Sciences from a recognized University.
- Six months approved security course at Administration Police Training College or any other approved equivalent course.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and responsibilities;
- Security inspection and ensuring that action is taken on physical deficiencies and loopholes in small depots, ports, airports, installation and station of work;
- Prevention and detection of crimes, crowd control, reporting intruders into restricted areas; and
iii. Giving comprehensive and vetted confidential reports on staff and work environment as may be required.
