Role Overview
The primary goal of this position is to ensure accurate financial and management accounting, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting. This is achieved through proper bookkeeping, reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly management reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly financial close and reporting.
- Prepare and analyze management reports and budget variances.
- Ensure tax compliance and internal financial controls.
- Journalize accruals and prepayments.
- Monitor costs, margins, and profitability.
- Support ERP systems, reporting automation, and finance transformation.
- Assist in year-end financial statements.   Â
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
- CPA Finalist and ICPAK Member.
- At least 7 years of experience, with 2 years specifically in a management or senior accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Sage Evolution 200 is considered an added advantage.
- Experience in the medical, service, or audit industry is desirable.
