The Office Assistant III provides support services that ensure smooth daily operations within departmental offices. The role contributes to maintaining an organized working environment and facilitating the movement of files and communication within the institution.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the movement and delivery of files and documents between offices and departments
  • Supporting document dispatch and collection activities within the office
  • Assisting in photocopying, scanning and distribution of official documents
  • Supporting office logistics including meeting preparations and document arrangements
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order within assigned office areas
  • Assisting in basic office maintenance and administrative support tasks
  • Supporting staff with routine office errands and operational tasks
  • Ensuring safe handling and delivery of official materials and documents
