Job Description
Our client, a pharmaceutical chain, is seeking for a Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the  pharmacy department.
This role is critical in ensuring that the pharmacy runs efficiently, complies with all regulatory requirements, and delivers high-quality service to patients and healthcare providers.
Job Responsibilities

Manage daily pharmacy operations and workflow

Ensure compliance with all local pharmacy regulations

Supervise, train, and schedule pharmacy staff

Oversee inventory management and ordering of medications

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures

Resolve customer complaints and ensure high-quality customer service

Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Monitor financial performance and manage budgetary constraints

Maintain pharmacy records and conduct regular audits

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
