Basic Salary (25,420 – 33,170 p.m)

Terms of Service: Permanent & Pensionable

Allowances as per SCR guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. visiting homes to determine health situations and dialogue with Household members; identifying and sensitizing communities on health interventions;
2. identifying common ailments and minor injuries at community level

iii.             collecting health data at household level for analysis;

1. distribution of Information Education Communication materials, mosquito nets and other commodities to households;
2. identifying defaulters of health interventions and other health cases and referring them to health facilities;
3. maintaining and updating health data using health registers

Requirement for appointment

1. Certificate in any of the following disciplines: Community Health, Psychology, Counselling, Social Work or Community Development from a recognized institution
2. Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution.
