Job Description

Presidential Digitalent Programme

The Presidential Digitalent Programme (PDTP) is a Kenyan government initiative implemented by the ICT Authority to equip recent ICT and engineering graduates with practical skills and workplace experience. It is a 12-month internship programme that combines skills development, on-the-job training, mentorship, certification, and innovation. The programme aims to bridge the gap between university training and industry requirements while developing a pool of highly skilled ICT professionals who can contribute to Kenya’s digital economy and public service delivery

DigiTalent Programme Objectives

To deliver a combination of structured training, coaching and mentoring

To develop a pipeline of future talent for government with a passion for ethical and accountable public service delivery

To train interns over a revolving 12-month period

To create an ICT culture transformation that treatsICT as business in order to promote government service delivery objectives
