Job Description
ICT Graduate Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line and second-line ICT support to staff and users under supervision.
- Assist in monitoring performance and availability of networks, servers, databases, and applications.
- Support installation, configuration, patching, and upgrading of ICT systems and enduser devices.
- Assist in workstation setup, system access provisioning, and basic network administration.
- Support ICT asset management, inventory updates, and documentation.
- Participate in routine system maintenance, backups, and health checks.
- Assist in enforcing ICT security policies, procedures, and access controls.
- Support user account management, password controls, and access reviews under supervision.
- Assist in monitoring security events, antivirus updates, and system patch compliance.
- Support backup verification, log reviews, and basic incident documentation.
- Comply with data protection, confidentiality, and acceptable use requirements.
- Participate in structured ICT training, mentorship, and skills development programs.
- Assist in documentation of procedures, user guides, and operational manuals.
- Support ICT audits, SASRA inspections, and ISO evidence preparation.
- Participate in ICT improvement initiatives, automation tasks, and research.
- Provide basic user training and awareness on approved ICT systems.
Academic:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or recently completed) in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Desired Work Experience:
- Fresh graduate from university.
