Harley’s Limited is thrilled to announce the opening of its newest branch in Meru County, set to launch on the 1st November 2025! As we grow our footprint across Kenya, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to take on a pivotal leadership role in this exciting new chapter.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Branch Warehouse / Store Supervisor to join our Meru team. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch activities. The position demands hands-on leadership to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high standards of product integrity and customer service. The successful candidate will also provide support by acting as the Branch Manager when needed.

- Oversee Daily Warehouse Operations: Manage all day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, dispatching, and cold chain maintenance to ensure efficient, accurate and compliant handling of pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure Inventory Accuracy and Control: Maintain accurate stock levels through regular counts, reconciliations and proper documentation using WMS/ERP systems while minimizing expiries, damages and stock variances.
- Maintain Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to PPB, MOH, WHO GDP, and the company’s SOPs across all warehouse processes, while supporting audits, inspections and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Drive Quality, Safety and Hygiene Standards: Promote a safe, clean, and compliant working environment by enforcing health, safety, pest control and hygiene standards, and leading quality assurance practices including CAPAs and toolbox talks.
- Lead and Develop the Warehouse Team: Supervise and coach warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, ensure SOP compliance, and foster a high-performance, accountable team culture through ongoing training and mentorship.
- Support Branch Operations: Provide operational leadership support in the absence of the Branch Manager and collaborate with the Branch Pharmacist to ensure compliance, customer service excellence and seamless coordination across teams.
- Manage Reporting and Communication: Prepare accurate operational reports, facilitate smooth shift handovers, and maintain clear communication with the Branch Operations Manager and other relevant departments for effective issue escalation and resolution.
- Diploma in warehouse Management, Logistics, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related field.
- GDP/GSP training and certifications from recognized bodies (e.g., KISM, CILT) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Solid understanding of warehousing practices in a regulated healthcare environment (PPB, WHO GDP, MOH).
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to meet operational targets and compliance standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for coordination across teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workloads and solve problems effectively
