| Job Description | Corporate Communication Officer II, KVB 8, CSG ‘11’/JOB GROUP ‘J’ REF: KVB/CCO/6/2026
This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer.
Job Specifications Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail: – (i) Recording customer complaints, compliments and associated responses; (ii) Promoting a positive corporate image of KVB; (iii) Posting of content on the website and social media platforms under supervision; (iv) Collecting and collating comments from across the Board’s social media platforms; (v) Providing support for the graphic design of various promotional, and Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, reports and documents as needed; (vi) Processing information from the customer care desk under supervsion. | ||||||||||||
| Job Specification | Person Specifications For appointment to this grade a candidate must have: – (i) Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Communications, Journalism, English Literature, Public Administration, Public Relations, or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and (ii) Proficiency in computer applications. | ||||||||||||
