Description
1	Monitor clients’ functional assessments and formulation of necessary interventions;
2	Maintain records and data relating to patients;
3	Supervise the provision of health education to patients and caregivers;
4	Spearhead home environmental assessment;
5	Monitor follow-up on the patient’s progress;
6	Promote data collection and for research;
7	Prepare periodic reports;
8	Promote and enhance mentorship and coaching strategies with a view to be consistent with the technical services principles and practices in water and sanitation provision.
9	Steer development, implementation, monitoring and review of a robust performance management system through providing oversight of the delivery of the annual performance contract and the strategic plan
