National Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (NAVCDP)

The National Agricultural Value Chain Development Project (NAVCDP) is a government initiative in Kenya aimed at transforming the agricultural sector by increasing productivity, market access, and value addition for smallholder farmers. The project focuses on strengthening selected agricultural value chains such as dairy, horticulture, and staple crops to improve incomes and food security. It supports farmers through training, access to finance, infrastructure development, and climate-smart agricultural practices. NAVCDP is implemented in collaboration with county governments and development partners.
